Master your Relationships-

It is very important to master your relation ships, - romantic,  family, business and social.  After all, who wants to learn, grow, and become successful and happy all by themselves? Create quality relationships - first with yourself, then with others.  Begin by discovering what you value most highly, what your  expectations are, the rules by which you play the game of life, and  how it all relates to the other players. Then as you achieve mastery  of this all important skill, you will learn how to connect with  people at the deepest level, and be rewarded with something we all  want to experience : a sense of contribution, of knowing that we  have made a difference in other people's  lives.

Mastery of Physical Self

Today we learn how to master the physical self.  Is it worth it to have everything you've ever dreamed of, yet not  have the physical health to be able to enjoy it.?  Do you wake up every morning feeling energized, powerful, and ready to take on a new day? Or do you wake up feeling as tired as the night before,  riddled with aches, and resentful at having to start all over again? Will your current lifestyle make you a statistic?  One of every two Americans dies of coronary disease; one of three dies of cancer.  We  cram our bodies with high-fat, nutritionally empty foods, poison our system with cigarette, alcohol, and drugs and sit passively in front of our TV sets.  Take control of your physical health so that you not only look good, but you feel good and know that you're in control of your life, in a body that radiates vitality and allows you to accomplish your outcomes.

Emotional Mastery

Emotional  mastery means  to master one's  emotions.  For example we all want to lose weight... Do we know  why we want to lose weight?  Is it just to have less fat on your body?  Or is it because of the way you would feel  if you freed  yourself of those  unwanted  pounds?  giving yourself  more energy and vitality, making yourself  more attractive  to others, and boosting your confidence   and self-esteem. Virtually everything we do is to change the way we feel. Too many of us leave  ourselves at the mercy of outside events over which we may have no control, failing to take charge of our emotions - over which we have all the control, and relying instead on short-term quick fixes.  How else can we explain the fact that, while  less that 5% of the world's population lives in the United States, we consume more than 50 percent of the world's cocaine? ...

Nothing in life comes for free , there is hard work involved at every step....

This happens to all of us at some time or another. Despite putting in a lot of hard work, we do not get the desired results, and this leaves us frustrated. We start blaming our luck, our stars, and sometimes , even God for being  unjust to us. However, we must remember that hard work never goes unrewarded. We may not get the result in the way we desire, but the Almighty will definitely reward us for our hard work in one way or another. A lazy man once dream't of finding a treasure in his farm and he dug the entire field searching for it. He was disappointed at not finding the treasure. On the advice of a saint, he had sowed some seeds in it. After some time he harvested a bumper crop and with this money he could buy anything. Whatever we achieve as individuals is due to the hard work that we put in. All inventions, space explorations and discoveries are the result of hard work. Luck also favours people who help themselves. Often, when we see su...

Personal Change

In order to Raise our standards we need to make a personal change. If in the past maybe you were less educated, not well off ,  had poor health,  lacked the means to improve your life, maybe you were too fat  or too thin and now you  want  to change all that,  then you have to do  that by asking yourself what do you want for yourself?  Write down all the things that you will not accept in your life. All the things that you aspire to become. People like Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela , Albert Einstein, all great personalities . What did they do? They raised their  Standards about what they wanted and What they wanted to do. Changing an organization, a company, a country - or a world -begins with the simple step of Changing Yourself. The second step is to believe that you can do this. Just raising your standards and not believing that you can meet them will not  work. You won't even try, you'll b...
