Nothing in life comes for free , there is hard work involved at every step....

This happens to all of us at some time or another. Despite putting in a lot of hard work, we do not get the desired results, and this leaves us frustrated. We start blaming our luck, our stars, and sometimes , even God for being  unjust to us. However, we must remember that hard work never goes unrewarded.

We may not get the result in the way we desire, but the Almighty will definitely reward us for our hard work in one way or another.

A lazy man once dream't of finding a treasure in his farm and he dug the entire field searching for it. He was disappointed at not finding the treasure. On the advice of a saint, he had sowed some seeds in it. After some time he harvested a bumper crop and with this money he could buy anything.

Whatever we achieve as individuals is due to the hard work that we put in. All inventions, space explorations and discoveries are the result of hard work. Luck also favours people who help themselves. Often, when we see successful people, we only see their success and not the years of hard work that preceded it.

Thomas Jefferson rightly said "I'm a greater believer in luck, and I find the harder  I work the ".
more I have of it."

  Until next time .....................

The Magnificent Obsession - Creating A Compelling Future....

GIANT GOALS PRODUCE GIANT MOTIVATION So often, people ask me, "Where do I get my energy? With all that intensity, no wonder you're so successful. I just don't have your drive; I guess  I'm not motivated. I guess I'm lazy." My usual response is, "You're not lazy! You just have impotent goals!" Frequently I get a confused look to this response, at which point I explain that my level of excitement and drive comes from my goals. Every morning when I wake up, even if I feel physically exhausted from a lack of sleep, I'll still find the drive I need because my goals are so exciting to me. They get me up early, keep me up late, and inspire me to marshal my resources and use everything I can possibly find within the sphere of my influence to bring them to fruition. The same energy and sense of mission is available to you now, but it will never be awakened  by puny goals. The first step is to develop bigger, more inspiring, more challenging ...

WHY DOESN'T EVERYONE SET GOALS?

You might be thinking right now, "Well, this all sounds so inspiraional, but surely just setting a goal doesn't make it happen." I couldn't agree with you more. All goal setting must be immediately followed by both the development of a plan, and massive and consistent action toward its fulfillment. You  already have this power to act. If you haven't been able to summon it, it's merely because you have failed to set goals that inspire you.  What's holding you back? Surely you've been exposed to the power of goal setting before. But do you have a list of clearly defined goals for the results you will absolutely produce in your life mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially? What has stopped you? For many it's the unconscious fear of disappointment. Some people have set goals in the past and failed to achieve them and, as a result of their disappointment and their fear of future pain, they stop setting goals. They don't ...
