5 Tips that makes you look very YOUNGER

Time is ever evolving. It never stops. Neither can we go back and change the clock to achieve our once youthful looking hair, skin and face. And, no, you don’t even need to put on those plastic surgeries, or buy expensive salon treatments, or eat up medicines, or put on lotions and potions, either.  All you need to do is study your everyday habits and apply simple anti-aging tweaks to your routine. There are few tricks applying which you can make your look younger.
1. STAY HYDRATED
Drinking water is one of the most essential methods to keep your skin fresh and youthful. Dehydrated skin ages very quickly and can become wrinkled and dry. Try to drink more water and keep yourself hydrated. Drinking eight glasses of water in a day can help to lose weight, improve digestion system, and can make a visible difference to your skin.
2. MAKE A CLEANSING ROUTINE AND FOLLOW IT
Having a simple cleanse, tone and moisturize routine can have a notable impact on your youthfulness of your skin. You don’t have to get the most expensive makeup brands to bring an impact into your appearance.
3. GET PLENTY OF SLEEP
Sleep properly. People just don’t call it beauty sleep for nothing. People who do not get a full night’s sleep usually suffer with bags under their eyes, and visibly tired skin. Always try to get a minimum rest hour of seven to eight hours a day in spite of your hectic schedule. That is going to make you feel young and rejuvenated.
4.AVOID FOODS THAT BLEMISH YOUR TEETH
White teeth are a sign of good health and youthfulness. Try to avoid foods that can blemish your teeth. Some of the foods that cause blemishes are dark, sticky and hot foods like soy sauce, or barbeque sauce, red wine, cola, and coffee. These food sticks to your teeth for a long time, thus causing staining and it is also one of the reasons why bad odor comes out from your mouth. You can rinse your mouth properly after every meal daily. If you are making this a habit, then probably you are on a right path. The bacteria killing rinse flushes away the particles in between teeth and also helps in cleaning gums.

5. EAT LOTS OF GREEN VEGETABLES AND PROTEIN            RICH FOODS                                                                                                                                                                    Green vegetables are like nature’s toothbrush. Green vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, and lettuce can help you clean teeth naturally. The fiber present in them assists you in preventing plaque from sticking to enamel. Although, you have to brush daily at night and morning, eating green vegetables also protects your teeth in its unique way. Having a diet of veggies can glow up your complexion. According to a recent study in PLOS One, people who ate around three servings of carotenoid packed foods (found in broccoli and other dark leafy vegetables) were observed to have an improved and more beautiful skin tone than those who did not consume leafy vegetables.
Eating foods rich in protein can have great impact on the body. It can make your hair look healthy as eating an adequate amount of protein helps in maintaining normal hair production. The nutrient acts as a building block of strong hair.

"This, too, shall pass,"

Dr. Martin Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania did an intensive research on what creates learned helplessness. In his book Learned Optimism he reports on three specific patterns of beliefs that cause us to feel helpless and can destroy virtually every aspect of our lives. He calls these three categories permanence, pervasiveness, and personal. Many of our country's greatest achievers have succeeded in spite of running into huge problems and barriers. The difference between them and those who give up revolves around their beliefs about the permanence, or lack thereof, of their problems.  Achievers rarely, if ever, see a  problem as permanent, while those who fail, see even the smallest problems as permanent. Once you adopt the belief that there's nothing you can do to change something, simply because nothing you've  done up until now has changed it, you start to take a pernicious poison into your system. No matter what happens in your life, you've got ...

Problem Solving Questions ...............Continued

Every morning when we wake up, we ask ourselves questions. When the alarm goes off, what question do you ask yourself? Is it, How come I have to get up right now?," "Why aren't there more hours in the day?, "What if I hit the snooze alarm just one more time?" And as you get in the shower, what are you asking yourself? "Why do I have to go to work?," "How bad is the traffic going to be  today?," "What kind of stuff is going to be dumped on my desk today?" What if every day you consciously started asking a pattern of questions that would put you in the right frame of mind and that caused you to remember how grateful, happy, and excited you are? What kind of day do you think you'd have, with those positive emotional states as your filter?  Obviously it would affect how you feel about virtually everything. Realizing this, I decided I needed a "success ritual" and I created a series of questions that I ask myself ever...

The Magnificent Obsession - Creating A Compelling Future....

GIANT GOALS PRODUCE GIANT MOTIVATION So often, people ask me, "Where do I get my energy? With all that intensity, no wonder you're so successful. I just don't have your drive; I guess  I'm not motivated. I guess I'm lazy." My usual response is, "You're not lazy! You just have impotent goals!" Frequently I get a confused look to this response, at which point I explain that my level of excitement and drive comes from my goals. Every morning when I wake up, even if I feel physically exhausted from a lack of sleep, I'll still find the drive I need because my goals are so exciting to me. They get me up early, keep me up late, and inspire me to marshal my resources and use everything I can possibly find within the sphere of my influence to bring them to fruition. The same energy and sense of mission is available to you now, but it will never be awakened  by puny goals. The first step is to develop bigger, more inspiring, more challenging ...
